Terms of service

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms apply when you use NetDraw, which includes the Diagram Builder and NetDraw Monitor (SNMP monitoring). By creating an account or using either service you agree to them. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean NetDraw.

1. The services

  • Diagram Builder lets you draw network diagrams. It is free to use.
  • NetDraw Monitor finds and monitors devices on networks you look after, using a small program called a collector that you install. It has a free plan and paid plans.

2. Your account

You must give us accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what people you invite to your organisation do.

3. Only monitor what you are allowed to

You must only install a collector on, and scan or monitor, networks and devices that you own or have permission to manage. You must not use the services to attack, probe or disrupt any network or device, to access anything you are not authorised to access, or to break the law. Remote device access goes through your collector to devices you choose; you are responsible for having the right to open them and for what you do there. We may suspend an account that is used in breach of this section.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

  • The free plan has the limits shown on our plans page. Paid plans are charged monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars, at the price shown when you subscribe.
  • The first time you subscribe to a paid NetDraw Monitor plan you get a 30-day free trial. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel or change plan at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
  • If we change a price we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
  • Prices may not include taxes. Where tax applies it is shown at checkout.

Our refunds and cancellation policy explains what happens to money you have paid.

5. Your data

You own your diagrams and the information you put into the services. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the services. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we look after it. You are responsible for the credentials (such as SNMP community strings) you store with us and for making sure you are allowed to give them to us.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the services running but cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. Monitoring is a tool to help you; it is not a substitute for your own checks, and you should not rely on it alone for anything where a missed alert could cause serious harm. We may improve, change or retire features, and we will give reasonable notice of a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes.

7. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, the services are provided “as is”; we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the services and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the services or other people at risk, and we will tell you why where we can.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will tell you before it applies; carrying on using the services afterwards means you accept it.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute, without affecting any rights you have under the law of where you live.
