Refunds and cancellation

This page explains how cancelling works and when we refund. It applies to paid NetDraw Monitor plans. The Diagram Builder and the free plan cost nothing.

Free trial

The first time you subscribe to a paid plan you get 30 days free. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged anything. If you do not cancel, your card is charged for the first period when the trial ends.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing page (open the Plans page in NetDraw Monitor and choose to manage your subscription). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it ends and your account moves to the free plan. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: we do not refund part of a month that has already started. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Yearly plans: if you contact us within 14 days of a yearly payment (the first one or a renewal), we will refund it in full. After 14 days we do not refund unused months, but your plan carries on until the end of the year you paid for.
• Mistakes: if we charge you incorrectly, or you were charged for a renewal after cancelling, tell us and we will put it right.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law, including a right to a refund where a service is faulty or not as described.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us which payment you mean. We reply within a few working days and send approved refunds back to the original payment method; your bank may take several days to show it.
